After you successfully order a digital gift card, you will receive it through your email by next 24 hours. Please do not worry if it doesn't get delivered below 24 hours.

Physical Card:

If you chose COD as your payment method, you would get your gift card physically only, if you want a digital card, you have to pay online only.

Delay:

If you don't get your digital card by 24 hours, you can raise a support ticket here. If we still don't reply, there would be a payment issue, your payment will be refunded by 3 working days without any charges at all.
